    Building a Custom Home & CRM Implementation

    Recently, we had the unique opportunity to build a custom home for the first time, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. Our custom builder, Paul, guided us through every step—from designing and planning the home to building and finally moving in. Paul and his team stayed on schedule and ensured that the final result was a home tailored to both our current and future needs. We absolutely love it!


    Throughout the home-building process, I couldn't help but notice striking similarities between constructing a custom home and implementing a custom CRM system. One parallel stood out to me above all the rest: the importance of having a detailed plan in place before starting the build.


    Before Paul and his team ever picked up a hammer to drive a nail or frame a wall, they ensured that the blueprint and design of our home were fully laid out and customized to our needs. We revised the plans several times, and each update was reviewed and approved by us. Only after we signed off on the final blueprint did Paul and his team                                                                                                                                                                                                                      begin the construction process.

    This is the exact approach we follow when implementing a custom CRM system for our clients. We first consult with them to design the CRM workflow, then jointly review and update it to ensure it meets their business requirements, from lead generation and the opportunity pipeline to customer service. Once the workflow is finalized, we ask for customer approval. Only then do we start building the system, creating custom CRM fields, records, screens, interfaces, templates, notifications, automation, and reports.     • Any custom documents, workflows, or reporting required.
    • Migration of sales data to Analytics for historical analysis.
    • Training required or additional support for your accounting team.
